(Kotoran Spa General Information & Rules)
・ Please come to the Spa 20 minutes prior to your reserved treatment time.
A brief counseling session with the therapist will be conducted during registration.
・ Reservations are required for all treatments.
・ Please notify the Spa as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your reservation.
・ Please refrain from using mobile phones in the Spa.
・ If you wear contact lenses, you will be asked to remove them during treatments.
・ Please refrain from consuming alcohol before treatments.
・ Please refrain from bringing valuables to the Spa. Safety Boxes are available in the guest rooms and at the Front Desk.
・ Must be at least 12 years old for admission to the Spa.
・ For guests using the Spa facilities only: - bath towels, bath robes and amenities are included in the admission fee.
・ Swimming suits are not permitted in the Spa.
・ Kotoran Spa reserves the right to refuse service to:-
a) guests with tattoos
b) guests with heavy alcohol consumption
c) guests that cause inconvenience to other customers and disturb the Spa atmosphere.
・ Treatments may not be conducted, nor is admission to the Spa permitted to guests during menstruation.
