Do you have any family rooms?
  Our rooms can accommodate up to 4 beds. For families with 5 members or more, please reserve 2 rooms.
Can we request room types?
  Please advise your preferences when making your reservation.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
  We have a non-smoking floor. However, as the number of non-smoking rooms is limited, please make reservations in advance.
What shall we do to send you requests?
 

Please give us the following information when making your reservations.

1. Name
2. Contact detail (phone number, cell phone number, e-mail address) 
3. Booking route (travel agency, internet, etc. - in detail)
4. Name of the plan (if possible, with code number)
5. Number of persons per room (also, number of children and requirement for extra beds etc.)
6. Check in / out dates

Can I get on the waiting list?

How much do you charge for children?
  Children under 5 years old who do no require extra beds are free, except for meals if you applied for accommodation with meal package.
If you reserved through a travel agent, please inquire at the agent.

Do you have shuttle bus services between Naha Airport and the hotel?
  Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle bus services from the airport. Please use public transportation, taxi or a car.

  Cancellation Policy
1 day prior to reservation: 20% of the accommodation fee
Day of reservation: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

Do you have High-Speed Internet access?
  Yes, all of our guest rooms are provided with high-speed internet access and LAN cables. Also, we provide free internet accessible PCs in the Lobby.
Can we borrow wheelchairs?
  We have one wheel chair for our guests use.
Can I stay with my assistance-/guide-dog?
  Assistance/guide dogs are most welcome. Please contact us for details and regulations.
Are there any ATMs near the hotel?

Do you have any drink/cigarette vending machines inside the hotel building?
 

Vending machines for soft drinks, alcohol and cigarettes are located on the ground floor, next to the Front Desk. There are vending machines for beverages in the basement floor as well.
Also alcohol and snacks can be purchased at the Gift Shop, PANA PANA.

Do you have any laundry services?
 

Yes, please bring your laundry to the Front Desk by 10am, and they will be returned to your room around 6pm.

Are there any laundromats in the hotel?
 

We have two 7kg washing machines and two dryers on the basement floor.
Available 24 hours a day for free.
